FAQs

 

1. How does shipping work?

All orders placed online are delivered using a door-to-door Fastway courier. We ship anywhere within South Africa.  An additional rate of R80 will be charged per order within South Africa. 

Order placed for delivery within South Africa should take place in 3-5 working days unless otherwise stated.

International Orders:

If you would like to to place an order for delivery outside South Africa, please get in touch with us and I’ll give you a separate shipping quotation for your order.

2. How do I go about Returns and Refunds?

Should you wish to exchange your item or be refunded, please contact us to organize this.

  • Items must be returned within 14 working days of receiving your order.
  • Items will be returned at your own cost.
  • Items must be returned in the same condition that they were delivered to you.

3. The item I purchased has broken, what can I do?

We unfortunately cannot take responsibility for chains breaking, chains are very delicate and need to be treated with care.

However, if you item happens to break in some other way and it less than three months old we will be happy to exchange it for you.

4. I bought a present for someone else can I ship it to them?

We would be happy to ship it to them. Simply provide us with their shipping address and give us their name in the comment box when placing your order. Don’t worry, we won’t include an invoice in the parcel.

5. If I can’t put brass in my ear will I be able to wear your earrings?

The pieces of the earring that go through the ear are silver, so that people with sensitive ears can still wear the earring.

6. How do I care for my Jewelry?

Lotions and perfumes along with other chemical products can tarnish your jewelry. I would suggest removing your jewelry before using these products.

I would also suggest not showering, bathing, swimming, exercising or gardening in your jewelry as this may also lead to it getting tarnished.

Store each piece of your jewelry in the individual bags they come in a dry place as wet conditions will cause the jewelry to tarnish quicker.

7. How will my order be packaged?
