All orders placed online are delivered using a door-to-door Fastway courier. We ship anywhere within South Africa. An additional rate of R80 will be charged per order within South Africa. Order placed for delivery within South Africa should take place in 3-5 working days unless otherwise stated.

International Orders: If you would like to place an order for delivery outside South Africa, please get in touch with us and I’ll give you a separate shipping quotation for your order. For more information please see the shipping and returns page.

Should you wish to exchange your item or be refunded, please contact us to organize this.

• Items must be returned within 14 working days of receiving your order.
• Items will be returned at your own cost.
• Items must be returned in the same condition that they were delivered to you.

We unfortunately cannot take responsibility for chains breaking, chains are very delicate and need to be treated with care.

However, if your item happens to break in some other way and it is less than three months old we will be happy to exchange it for you.
